This Privacy Policy explains how InPerp LLC, doing business as The AMZ Research ("we," "us," or "our"), collects, uses, shares, and protects your personal information when you visit theamzresearch.com, purchase our products, or interact with our services. By using our website or services, you agree to the practices described below.
Important notice regarding text messaging data
InPerp LLC (operating as The AMZ Research) does not share customer opt-in information, including phone numbers and consent records, with any affiliates or third parties for marketing, promotional, or any other purposes unrelated to providing our direct services. All text messaging originator opt-in data is kept strictly confidential. See Section 6 for full SMS terms.
01Who we are
The AMZ Research is a brand operated by InPerp LLC, a limited liability company registered in the United States. We provide Amazon FBA education, training, and related advisory services to entrepreneurs worldwide.
For all privacy-related inquiries, contact us at contact@theamzresearch.com.
02Information we collect
We collect the following categories of information:
Information you provide
- Identity & contact: name, email address, phone number, billing address, and country.
- Account data: username, password (stored as a one-way hash), profile preferences.
- Transaction data: purchase history, subscription status, order details. Card numbers are processed by Stripe and are never stored on our servers.
- Application & survey responses: answers you submit through our DFY application form, intake forms, or feedback surveys.
- Communications: messages you send us via email, chat, SMS, or support tickets.
- Opt-in records and timestamps: for every communication channel you opt into (email, SMS, marketing lists, etc.), we record the timestamp, IP address, page URL, and exact consent text shown to you at the moment of opt-in. These records are kept as proof of consent and are retained for the life of the subscription plus the period required by applicable law.
Information we collect automatically
- Device & usage: IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, time spent, referring URL, and click behavior.
- Cookies & pixels: see section 4.
- Course progress: lessons completed, video watch time, quiz scores (within our membership area).
Information from third parties
- Payment confirmation and fraud signals from Stripe.
- Ad attribution data from Meta (Facebook), Google, TikTok, and similar advertising platforms when you interact with our ads.
03How we use your information
We use the information described above to:
- Deliver our products and services (course access, community membership, coaching calls, DWY/DFY services).
- Process payments, send receipts, manage subscriptions, and prevent fraud.
- Send transactional emails and SMS (order confirmations, login codes, course updates, support replies).
- Send marketing communications about our products, events, and offers — only with your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Personalize your experience inside the membership area.
- Run, measure, and improve advertising campaigns.
- Respond to your support requests and customer service inquiries.
- Comply with legal obligations and enforce our Terms of Service.
We rely on the following legal bases for processing (where GDPR or similar laws apply): your consent, performance of a contract, legitimate interests (e.g. fraud prevention, product improvement), and legal obligation.
04Cookies & tracking technologies
We use cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to operate our site, remember your preferences, and measure marketing performance.
Categories we use
- Strictly necessary: required for login, checkout, and security. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics: anonymous usage data to understand how visitors interact with the site (e.g. Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity).
- Advertising & attribution: Meta Pixel, Google Ads, TikTok Pixel, and similar — used to measure ad performance and show you relevant ads on other platforms.
You can control cookies through your browser settings or by using our cookie preferences tool (where available). Blocking certain cookies may affect site functionality.
05Third-party services we share data with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate the business. These providers are contractually bound to use the data only for the services they provide to us.
- Stripe — payment processing
- GoHighLevel (LeadConnector) — CRM, email/SMS sending, course hosting, calendar booking
- Twilio — SMS delivery (via GoHighLevel)
- Google Workspace — email and document storage
- Meta, Google, TikTok — advertising and conversion measurement
- Zoom — video calls for coaching and consultations
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing purposes. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
SMS opt-in carve-out. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent records — this information will not be shared with any third parties, with the sole exception of our SMS aggregator and SMS platform provider (currently Twilio, integrated via GoHighLevel) for the strict purpose of delivering messages you have consented to receive.
06Email & SMS communications
By providing your email address or phone number, you consent to receive transactional messages from us (order confirmations, course access, support replies, account notifications).
By opting in via a checkbox, web form, written consent, or by texting a keyword to our number, you may also receive marketing communications. You can unsubscribe at any time by:
- Clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email.
- Replying STOP to any marketing SMS.
- Emailing contact@theamzresearch.com.
Standard message and data rates may apply to SMS. Message frequency varies (typically 2–8 messages per month). Reply HELP for help or STOP to opt out at any time. Consent to receive marketing messages is not a condition of any purchase.
Mobile information policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service or message delivery (for example, our SMS platform provider), is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent — this information will not be shared with any third parties.
07Voice calls & AI-assisted calls
When you check the voice-consent box at checkout (or any other voice-consent form on our site) and provide your phone number, you authorize InPerp LLC (operating as The AMZ Research) and our service providers, including AI-assisted calling platforms such as Vapi, to place outbound voice calls to that number to schedule your Growth Audit and to follow up if you don't answer. Up to three call attempts may be placed within a 48-hour window during 9:00 AM–7:00 PM in your local time.
You can opt out of voice calls at any time by:
- Telling our caller "do not call," "remove me," or any equivalent phrase — we will stop calling immediately and add you to our internal Do Not Call list.
- Emailing contact@theamzresearch.com with subject line "DNC Voice".
- Replying STOP to any related text message (this also removes you from voice follow-ups).
Voice consent is not required to purchase any product or service. Calls may be recorded and transcribed for quality, training, and TCPA-compliance purposes; recordings and transcripts are retained for up to 90 days and then deleted, except where a longer retention period is required by law. We do not sell voice recordings, transcripts, or phone numbers to third parties for marketing or any other purpose.
08Payment processing
All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. We do not see, store, or have access to your full card number, CVV, or bank credentials. Stripe's privacy practices are governed by their privacy policy.
09Data retention
We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law:
- Active customers: for the life of your account plus 7 years (for tax and audit purposes).
- Marketing leads (no purchase): up to 36 months from last engagement, then deleted or anonymized.
- Support communications: up to 24 months.
You may request earlier deletion at any time — see section 10.

Depending on where you live, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:
- Access — request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

You have the right to know what personal information we collect, to request deletion, to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing" of personal information (we do not sell your data), and to non-discrimination for exercising these rights.
For EU/UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR)
In addition to the rights above, you have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority if you believe our processing of your personal data violates applicable law.

11Children's privacy
Our services are not directed at children under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
12International data transfers
InPerp LLC is based in the United States, and our service providers may be located in various countries. By using our services, you understand that your information may be transferred to and processed in countries other than your own. We rely on appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) where required by law.
13Security
We use industry-standard administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information, including encryption in transit (TLS), encrypted password storage, access controls, and regular security reviews. However, no system is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. If we ever detect a breach affecting your data, we will notify you in accordance with applicable law.
