Refund Policy

This Refund Policy explains the cancellation and refund terms for all products and services sold by InPerp LLC, doing business as The AMZ Research. This policy is part of our Terms of Service. By making a purchase, you agree to the refund terms that apply to your specific product.

01Overview

Different products have different refund rules because they involve different levels of work, delivery, and resource commitment. The principles we follow are:

• Self-paced digital products (the course) — strong satisfaction guarantee with a specific outcome trigger.
• Free community access — included with course; no separate charge.
• Add-ons (order bump, OTOs) — short refund windows before delivery; non-refundable after delivery.
• Custom-research services (Product Research) — delivery-time guarantee; non-refundable after deliverable is sent.
• Recurring services (DWY, DFY, Freightklan) — cancel-anytime; no refunds for periods already enjoyed.
• Bespoke launch services (DWY onboarding, DFY launch, à la carte production) — non-refundable once work has begun, because our team has committed time and resources to your project.

03Course refunds — 0 to $1K-Day on Amazon

You have 30 days from the date of purchase to request a full refund of the $27 course fee. The condition: if you complete Module 4 by Day 21 and haven't validated at least one viable niche, we'll refund your purchase AND let you keep the course, community access, and all 12 bonuses.

To qualify, simply email us at contact@theamzresearch.com within the 30-day window with the subject line "Refund Request" and the email address you used to purchase.

Once approved:

• Your refund is processed within 5–10 business days back to your original payment method.
• You keep lifetime access to the course materials, community, and all 12 bonuses.
• If you also opted into any add-ons (order bump, OTOs), those follow their own refund terms below.

04Free community access

Community access is included free for life with your $27 course purchase — it's Bonus 5 in the stack, not a separate subscription. There is no monthly charge for community access. If you refund your course within the 30-day window per Section 03, you keep community access regardless.

05Add-ons — Order Bump + OTOs (NON-REFUNDABLE)

Three optional add-ons are offered during the checkout flow. All three are non-refundable. Because each add-on is delivered instantly via Stripe one-click charge using the payment method you authorized for the course, you are explicitly agreeing to non-refundable terms when you select each add-on.

• Order Bump — Brand Analytics Random Product Generator ($17): Non-refundable. The bump checkbox at checkout includes an explicit "by selecting this you authorize an immediate $17 charge and waive refund rights for this add-on" disclosure. Access to the tool is granted instantly and does not expire.
• OTO 1 — 30-Min Live Niche Validation Call ($97): Non-refundable. The OTO 1 button includes an explicit "by clicking this button you authorize an immediate $97 charge and waive refund rights" disclosure. The Calendly booking link is delivered instantly to your email.
• OTO 2 — Beginner Launch DFY Pack ($297): Non-refundable. The OTO 2 button includes an explicit "by clicking this button you authorize an immediate $297 charge and waive refund rights" disclosure. The intake form is delivered instantly and our team begins work within 24 hours.

06Product Research Package ($1,500)

Product Research is a custom-research service delivered within 7 calendar days of payment.

• Delivery guarantee: If we can't deliver a validated niche package within 14 days, full refund.
• Post-delivery: Once the deliverable is sent (PDF + Loom + supplier contact + Freightklan shipping quote + competitor audit + listing outline + PPC keyword list + compliance checklist), the service is fulfilled and the $1,500 is non-refundable.
• Quality issues: If the deliverable doesn't meet the documented scope, contact us within 14 days of delivery for revisions or a partial refund determined case-by-case.

07Done-With-You (DWY) — $5,000 onboarding + recurring

DWY is a hands-on launch service where our team executes alongside you with monthly oversight calls (both Standard $200/mo and Premium $497/mo tiers are monthly-call; Premium adds priority 24h WhatsApp SLA + a monthly mid-cycle Loom from Khubaib + ad-budget review by Khubaib).

• $5,000 onboarding refund window: 7 days, conditional. Refund only if no onboarding work has begun (no sample order placed, no listing built, no PPC campaign launched, no brand registry submitted). Once execution begins, the $5,000 is non-refundable.
• Recurring (Standard $200/mo or Premium $497/mo): Cancel any time from your member dashboard or by emailing us. Past months are non-refundable. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing month; you retain access through that period.

08Done-For-You (DFY) — $10,000+ launch + recurring retainer

DFY services are bespoke engagements where our team executes the entire Amazon brand launch and ongoing management. These are governed by a signed scope-of-work agreement separate from this Refund Policy. In general:

• Launch fee ($10,000, ratchet to $15,000-$20,000 as we close more clients): Non-refundable once onboarding begins (typically within 48 hours of payment).
• Monthly retainer ($500/mo Standard or $1,000/mo Premium): Requires 30 days' written notice to cancel. The current and following month are non-refundable once the retainer cycle has begun.
• Deliverables & revisions: Defined in the signed scope-of-work. Disputes about deliverables are handled per the scope-of-work agreement, not this Refund Policy.

09Freightklan shipping retainer

Shipping retainers ($200/mo or $500/mo) are tied to active product launches. Cancel any time. Past months are non-refundable. Per-shipment margin charges (separate from the retainer) follow standard freight contract terms.

10À la carte services

Includes services like listing optimization, main image creation, A+ content, brand story, copywriting, logo design, packaging design, insert cards, sourcing assistance, and standalone PPC management.

• Before work begins: Full refund available within 24 hours of purchase, provided no creative or research work has been started.
• After work begins: Non-refundable. Each service includes a defined number of revisions to ensure you are satisfied with the final deliverable.
• Service-specific terms: Some services may have additional terms displayed at checkout. Those terms govern in case of conflict with this section.

11How to request a refund

12Processing time

Once approved, refunds are processed by Stripe back to your original payment method. Standard processing times:

• Credit/debit cards: 5–10 business days.
• Bank transfers / ACH: 7–14 business days.
• International cards: May take longer depending on your bank.

If you have not received your refund after 14 business days from approval, contact your bank first, then email us so we can investigate.

13Chargebacks & payment disputes

If you file a chargeback or payment dispute that is later determined to be invalid (i.e. the charge was authorized and the refund window had passed), we reserve the right to recover the disputed amount, related fees, and reasonable collection costs.

14Your statutory consumer rights

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable consumer rights you may have under the laws of your country, state, or jurisdiction. If applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction provides you with refund rights stronger than those described here, those rights still apply.
